Elmore Community Services

Elmore Community Services works with people with complex needs who do not easily fit the remit of other
agencies. Such needs may relate to mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, offending, exploitation and trafficking, or learning and communication difficulties. Elmore work across Oxfordshire to provide practical help, emotional support, advocacy and outreach.

Since 2021, Elmore caseworkers trained by OFS have been collecting stories from clients to understand and evaluate the impact Elmore has on people’s individual lives.
